His multidisciplinary research, published in numerous high-impact Scopus-indexed journals, bridges theoretical depth with practical application, a foundation that informs his current role as a lecturer of courses like Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, Marketing Research, and International Business, while also co-supervising PhD scholars and mentoring doctoral, graduate, and postgraduate students as a thesis supervisor.
Beyond the classroom, he actively disseminates knowledge through workshops and training programs, empowering participants and fostering international collaboration. Dr. Binod Nepal is an educator, researcher, and consultant with a PhD in Education and expertise in education and technology. He is the CEO of Evidhya and a member of the Research Management Cell at Koteshwor Multiple Campus. He also serves as an editor of the KMC and Kageshwori research journals. His published research covers mathematics education, education quality, women’s participation, and management practices. In 2019, he received the Nepal Vidya Bhushan “A” award.
Dr. Nepal has authored the Speedy Mathematics textbook series for Grades 1–10 and led the writing of the Sundar Sunkoshi local textbook series for Grades 1–8. He has led research and educational planning projects for local governments and provided training in research methodology, academic writing, curriculum development, teaching practices, and entrepreneurship. He has also taught at schools and colleges and mentored postgraduate researchers.

Dr. Rabin Subedi is an accomplished academic, entrepreneur, and corporate leader with over 15 years of experience spanning higher education, financial services, manufacturing, trading, and investment. His multidisciplinary expertise combines academic excellence with strategic business leadership, enabling him to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation across diverse sectors. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management (Human Resource Management) from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, and a Master of Business Studies in Financial Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
Dr. Subedi currently serves as Coordinator of the Department of Management at Lincoln College (Tribhuvan University), Chairman of Sustainable Appliances Nepal Pvt. Ltd., and Founder Director of Pointer Holdings Pvt. Ltd. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Appliances Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and was a Founder Director of Sparsha Microfinance Ltd. (now Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.), where he contributed significantly to institutional development, strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth. His professional expertise includes investment strategy, corporate governance, financial management, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and business strategy. As Chairman of DA Investment Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Subedi provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, supporting the company’s commitment to responsible investment, operational excellence, and sustainable long-term growth.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Dr. Subedi has supervised more than 100 undergraduate research projects and over 50 master’s dissertations and has served as an External Examiner for Tribhuvan University. His research has been published in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus-indexed publications, reflecting his commitment to advancing knowledge and promoting innovation in management and organizational development.

Mr. Raju Ram Adhikari is an accomplished academic, researcher, education administrator, and corporate leader with over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning higher education, institutional leadership, research, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance. His professional journey reflects a unique blend of academic excellence and strategic business leadership, making him a valuable contributor to both educational institutions and private enterprises.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Rural Development at Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He holds a Master’s Degree in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University. Professionally, Mr. Adhikari serves as Head of the Department of Rural Development and Lecturer at Patan Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University, where he has been actively engaged in teaching, research, academic leadership, curriculum development, and postgraduate thesis supervision. His teaching and research interests include research methodology, rural development policies and strategies, project management, sustainable tourism, community development, and resource management.
Beyond academia, Dr. Adhikari has extensive executive and entrepreneurial experience. He has served as the Founder Chairman of Jyoti Academy, Assistant Campus Chief of Youth Vision College, and currently provides consultancy services in school and college management, organizational development, and educational leadership.
In the corporate sector, he currently serves as Executive Director, Pointer Holdings Pvt. Ltd.; Chairman, Crystal Cleanser Company Pvt. Ltd.; and Management Consultant in education and institutional development.
His leadership extends into the social and professional sectors through active involvement in nationally and internationally recognized organizations. He has served as:

Chandra Bilash Bhurtel, widely known as Srijan, is an ICT expert, artist, writer, and social activist whose work bridges technology, creativity, and leadership. Born in Pokhara in 1977, he is the son of renowned artist Yadav Chandra Bhurtel and social activist Menuka Kiran Bhurtel. A multi-dimensional personality, he has excelled in visual arts, literature, and information technology, earning international recognition at a young age.
By 13, he won the Gold Prize at the International Biennale Painting Competition in Kanagawa, Japan, becoming the youngest artist archived in the Nepal Art Museum. His journey later expanded into ICT, where he pioneered analogue-to-digital video conversion in Nepal and contributed to projects such as Mahabir Pun’s Nepal Wireless Networking Project.
Professionally, Mr. Bhurtel has founded Fine IT, served as Principal of the College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE), and contributed to Nepal’s e-Governance masterplan. He has held leadership roles in the Information Technology Society Nepal and CAN Federation, and currently serves as the Principal of Himalayan College for Learning Excellence and Enterprise Sales Head at Generation Next Communication Pvt. Ltd.
His contributions have been recognized with honors such as the Nepal Education Leadership Award (2017) and the National Education Service Honor (2076 BS). Alongside his professional achievements, he remains deeply committed to youth empowerment, education, and social innovation.
